Sparq Cleaning Services Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Because cleaning is a personalized service, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we stand by our work with our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.

 

1. The 24-Hour Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will send a team back to reclean the issue area at no extra cost to you.

 

2. Late Reporting Issues reported after the 24-hour window will not qualify for a complimentary reclean. They will be scheduled and charged as a new service.

3. Access and Standard Issues We cannot offer recleans or credits if our team was locked out, lacked running water/electricity, or if the home condition was inaccurately described during booking.

 

4. Rare Exceptions (Partial Credits) In rare cases where a reclean is impossible or impractical (e.g., you had to fix it immediately for a move-out inspection), a partial service credit toward your next booking may be issued at management's discretion.
